Our wait was longer than normal but as always the staff was great.
It would be helpful to have procedures explained more thoroughly. Many times a treatment is recommended and staff just assumes that I know what that treatment it. I would suggest, for example, that staff inform parents that their child needs treatment X, ask if they are familiar with what treatment X is, and if they are not then fully explain it.
I have referred people to Palmetto Smiles, and will continue to do so, Ann "Annie" is our four-year-old she absolutely loved going to the dentist you made her experience their awesome for her! We thank you for that. She has told everybody about her favorite dentist, and how much fun she had with everyone.She actually asked if she could go back to the dentist today!
