The service I get here has been excellant up to now. Something has changed. Both my wife and I have asked questions on her dental situation which have yet to be answered resulting in her cancelling appointments. I recently had a dental visit and was told I might need a root canel and possibly a crown put on a tooth. I'm so glad that my children are able to experience the same fabulous service that I received when I was their ages and I went to Dr. Cross.
Would love, and have heard from LOTS of other parents, to know what the expected cost of our visit will be before our appointment so that we are not always caught off guard. Depending on the cost of the bill, would like more than a 2 month payment option. If the cost is over say $500 then allow extra months for payments. We come to PS bc we want the best for our children but need affordable payment options. I always leave feeling stressed out bc of the amount of our visit. Always a positive experience when visiting the dentist with my 8 year old. He actually looks forward to the visit. No whining!!!
My daughter is 18 months old and very shy. Dr. Neiders' child-friendly techiques to get her comfortable with an exam were very appreciated. She even gave him a laugh - because he was so silly to her!
Very pleased with the hygenist. Wish Smiles was "in network" so my out of pocket would be so high. As a "paying" customer, wish some sort of discount could be applied to what insurance doesn't cover. Hopefully my new insurer will cover more next year. Keeping my fingers crossed!
Always please with the staff and doctors. Love this practice for my kids!
Hygienist was awesome! She was "OCD" (her words) with cleaning my 11 year olds teeth and I loved it! Made me feel like I was getting my monies worth! If I'm going to have to pay a portion out of pocket, b/c Smiles is NOT in network, atleast I can feel comfortable with the services rendered. She was great!
We have always had a good experience with our dental checkups. Always leave with a clear understanding of the findings! Very friendly staff from top to bottom.
