Dr. Nieders was very nice and tried to make my little boy feeling comfortable when he was treated. I think Palmetto Smiles is the best dentistry for babies and toddlers!

The staff was very friendly. The facility was really nice and lots of fun for the kids. In the past they dreaded going to the dentist, but they genuinely enjoyed their whole experience here. I think the video games were a great distraction to prevent the pre-visit nervousness. You know they enjoyed themselves when they ask when they can go back again.

Everyone is kind and friendly. We have many dentists near our home but choose to drive to Lexington to continue with a provider that we believe truly cares about us and our family.
