The staff are very professional and friendly with the children. I think they go above an beyond with not worrying or scaring the children. My boys have had great experiences there and love Dr. Raines and Dr. Neiders! I feel they are not pushy with dental procedures and do not over sell procedures that don't necessarily need to be done.

The staff really made my 4 year old comfortable and she was able to get her teeth cleaned for the first time. She keeps referring to Dr Cross as "the silly nice man" and says he's her FAVORITE dentist.

My son is special needs. He has a lot of sensory issues. Before we. Found Palmetto Smiles, I was taking him to the dentist and. They would charge me a bunch of money to look in his mouth and maybe clean his teeth. We could not get him to do X-ray's let alone get a good cleaning. Now he loves going to the dentist. Whenever I tell him that he has an appointment at the dentist, he says Yea!

If I were taken to a dentist office like yours when I was a kid, my teeth would be in much better shape. My daughter loves Palmetto Smiles and so do I!!!
