I first brought my son to your practice because I had heard great things about Dr. Nieders, and on our first visit he was seen by Dr. Nieders as I requested. I have attempted to make his subsequent appointments with Dr. Nieders, and each time I am assured by your staff that the appointment is with Dr. Nieders, but each time I arrive to find that my son will be seen by another dentist as if I had asked for no more than be seen by any dentist in the practice. My daughter actually looks forward to her dental visits- which says a lot.
My children LOVE your office and that is after my daughter has had multiple cavities filled. Y'all make us feel very special and we appreciate your wonderful staff!
