This was my daughters first visit at Palmetto Smiles. We came in for a routine cleaning and had a concern about her front 2 teeth. Dr. Raines addressed all of my concerns and discussed all options for treatment. Very helpful.

This is Kaylee's mom and after her appointment yesterday her jaw hurt and is still hurting today. She said her jaw locked during the cleaning and felt that the technician was not interested in her discomfort. Kaylee stated that the tecnician's tone of voice did nothing to calm her nerves. This is Kaylee's 2nd experience on the adult side since she is now 17 and she is not looking forward to going back.
