I had 2 appoitnments. The first one was at 11. The second was at 1120. The dentist did not even come into the room until noon. That is 1 hour past the first appointment. If they are that behind, they should explain that when you sign in and give you the option of rescheduling. No one came into the room to tell us what was going on. So we sat there for an 1 with 2 hungry toddlers. This is awful customer service. If it occurs again, we will find another dentist. Dentists and the staff are always wonderful. Just waited a lot longer than I have in the past. I know it happens, just hard to keep two children occupied for 45 mins in the waitng room. Still good experience.

Fast and Friendly staff. Can't believe how fast we were in and out. They always prepare you before your next appointment what you will owe. They go out of their way to make you feel special.

Best experience. ...Love the entire staff and am very thankful I have such amazing providers to care for our kids! Thank you for all that you do.
