My 3 year old daughter was not as excited to get her teeth cleaned this time compared to her last time. But the staff did an amazing job with her considering how much she did not cooperate. Would recommend to anyone!

This was our first appointment with your office and I was beyond impressed. Customer service is an obvious key part of your culture but what was quite shocking was witnessing the comradary in the office. You don't go into many office environments where everyone is in a good mood, you hear laughing, teasing one another, and geniune care and respect. I absolutely LOVE this office. The only thing I would change is how how the follow up appointments are made. There is no choice of day or time with the current system so I always have to rescedule the appoitment. It might be easier if the appointments could be made at check out instead. Other than that I have no complaints. I really wish there had been an office like this when I was young. Keep up the good work!

Our toddler son did a face plant on our hardwood floors and knocked a tooth loose. Even though he hasn't been seen by a dentist yet and isn't a patient (his big sister is), Dr. Nieders called us back after hours. We were relieved to talk to him, and he saw us immediately the next morning. The patient service and bed side manner are excellent.
