Great staff. Difficult to schedule appointments due to dentist vacations and seminars
Enourage everyone who is afraid of the dentist to bring headphones and music. It makes all the difference. I hated the dentist when I was little. Now it is a chance to relax and take a break.

I called to make an appointment because I thought I had a more serious condition going on with my tooth and the receptionist said I could come in right away ( I had called other offices and was told I would still have to wait.. a month). She was very kind and caring. When I came in I was immediately greeted and given paperwork and seated a few minutes before my actual appointment. Everyone was very nice and professional. They answered all my questions and made sure I knew what was going on. Very thankful I found them!
Blake's dental visits were very stressful before we were referred to Palmetto Smiles. Now he doesn't object to going to the Dentist and he leaves smiling with his "prize" :)
