The staff at Palmetto Smiles is always super friendly! They seem genuinely excited to see us when we come for our checkups and ask about school, extra curriculars and family. They explain what they are doing at each visit, provide long term goals and take the time to answer questions. The experience is always pleasant.
Our experience is always a great one. The wait time was not long at all. It was long enough for Nelson to go to the bathroom and go back into the waiting room before he was called back. Everyone there is always pleasant, say hi as he walks by, and explain what they're doing in a way that he understands. He gets excited when I tell him that he has an appointment, which I love! Thank you for all the great things this office does and represents!
