Raised rent by $500 Been living here for 3 years. Nice community but they recently raised our rent by $500. Our apartment hasn’t been updated and most of the pandemic we couldn’t use any of our amenities. They raised our rent the past 2 years by $100 which we had no problem paying but $500 is disgusting.
