I’ve been here for almost 7 years! I love the east... I’ve been here for almost 7 years! I love the east access to all highways. Great staff! My only complaint is the appliances and cabinetry in the kitchen and bathroom , wish they were more modern

Hidden Gem I've been living here for 4 yrs now. I really like it here, location is perfect, access to everything from shopping to restaurants and schools within minutes. Staff is nice ( Emily is the best though ??). Amenities are great and there's always a reason to celebrate something/holiday together as a community which is great for the kids and even us adults. Maintainance responds quickly.

Not bad, but could be much better, especially for the price. We lived at Palm Trace from June 2020-June 2022. Overall, it wasn't a bad place, but there were definitely issues that others might face. -The maintenance guys were super friendly, yes, but also reluctant to deal with certain issues, like a rusted water heater that looks like it's on the verge of collapse, or a dryer that needs 3 hours to dry a load of laundry. -Our electric bill was always insanely high. Raised rent by $600 Nice and quiet community however it’s NOT worth it at all.. my rent was raised by $600, nothing in my apartment was updated.. when you move out they charge you for everything
