The worst customer service The absolute worst experience ever. Staff never answers the phone. Never returns calls. I was placed on hold for 22min. I contacted corporate and got a voicemail. I had to physically travel to the office to get status update. Finally when I got the approval, one of their unprofessional leasing agents calls me to antagonize me on whether or not I really want to move in because of how unhappy I am. Depending on the renters history and credit screening it may take a couple days to get the complete report. In some cases some applications may require further investigation and this may increase the amount of days before receiving approval. Terrible I would like to let you know that no one I know will be renting from here again. There are 30 plus people blaring music, smoking joints, fighting at the pool. People can't even have their doors shut and enjoy quiet in their own apartment. Or the kids who run around freely beating the ducks and baby ducks with sticks. People smoking joints at the mailboxes. I would imagine this would be a bigger concern then people having a guest over a certain amount of times per month before they get their vehicle towed.

Hire better maintenance... (Verified Renter) Hire better maintenance staff, the maintenance personal have damaged my apartment walls and paint due to removing my toilet from a leak on the first floor below me. He also left a huge mess on the floor afterwards and still has not come back to spot paint

Terrible management and maintenance Why are there only 9 reviews? Because the complex has to keep changing their name to delete the old comments explaining how terrible of a neighborhood this is. Management is disrespectful and non-responsive, maintenance never shows up (ever), and the neighborhood is always filled with trash. I'm literally counting down the seconds till I can move out... STAY AWAY!!!
Happy mom My son just leased an apartment at Palm Trace Landings. Thank you to our leasing agent Jay for guiding us through the leasing and move in process. Jay answered my numerous questions promptly and patiently and the move-in was a breeze. The apartment was renovated prior to move-in and it looks great
AVOID I have lived here for almost four years (since it was close to school). Overall, I feel like the complex has definitely gone downhill over the past few years. It is almost impossible to get ahold of the complex leasing office staff via email or phone. Sometimes, there will be no staff in the office. My room mates and I have had multiple negative interactions with rude leasing staff and the rent has skyrocketed. There also have been multiple car break-ins and an armed robbery. It's a good place. Got a few gaming consoles and it's also a comfy living space. I really love the view of the lake outside my window.
