Clean community and... (Verified Renter) Clean community and amenities are great. Just not feeling great with the security of the community. Downstairs neighbor was robbed within my first month of moving in my apartment.
The rental office... (Verified Renter) The rental office NEVER returned any of my phone calls/messages left.(6 calls/3 messages in 3 days) As a result, the unit I was shown and wanted to rent, was given to someone else. I had to drive to the facility in order to speak with anyone. Seems like someone needs to be assigned the responsibility to return phone messages.
The worst thing... (Verified Renter) The worst thing I experienced was that the leasing consultants don't give 100% for the customer they with and they pick up phone calls and go help other customers that just walked in. I would like if there was a specific consultant to take care of the people who are walking in instead of a consultant who has a customer to leave that customer and go do something else unrelated. However, my experience with Krystal was great and she was so professional and made everything simple and easy.

I love this... (Verified Renter) I love this complex and community. My neighbors are like a team and we look out for one another and each others property. The office staff are great as well.

Only thing that I didn't like was when the manager came over while I was with leasing professional and was questioning her infront of me and my wife and didn't even bother to acknowledge us with a hello welcome to palm trace landing. very rude think her name was dolly.
