We love it! This community is nice and clean. My family and I are very happy here. Pools are beautiful.. the lakes are gorgeous. We look forward to stepping out of our home and coming across wildlife and it just feels as if we're living where people vacation.
Amazing place! Been here for about two years now and it’s amazing! Management is awesome and everyone is so nice! Friendly neighborhood

Don't do it The outside grounds are not well maintained. Garbage is left at the dumpsters for days, the sewage smell is overwhelming. They boast on being a pet friendly environment, but fail to take necessary precaution to prevent a pet diseased environment. The leasing office staff change daily, what is told to you today will definitely change tomorrow. The $50.00 referral credit they promise, do not expect to receive it. To add insult to injury, EXPECT to have your rent increased by $200.00 to renew. This place is A JOKE!!... read more
Some pros, a bunch of cons I’ve been living here for just over a month. I’ve rented before but through a private owner. I was excited because with apartment communities, you usually pay for what you get and they actually have maintenance teams that come and fix your problems. Boy, was I wrong. Absent office staff and management Prior to milestone management, the place was ok. Now it's AWFUL. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone. I still have maintenance requests from March 20th 2018 that are pending and it's now April 30th 2018. I have left 3 messages with the office over the last week and half and have yet to hear back from anybody.
