Verified Renter I enjoy living here. The amenities have upgraded and the units have digital lock/ light upgrades as well. Just wish security was more active towards car theft than they were about putting boots on unauthorized vehicles.

Verified Renter We just moved in. Pretty bad experience so far. Roaches and apartment is out of shape not worth at all the price you pay. Just moved in and can’t wait for my lease to end

Verified Renter Palm Trace is a quiet and well kept place to live. I love having the 3 different pools to choose from which is great with such a large community. We also have grill stations and shaded seating areas throughout the neighborhood, a volleyball court, and 3 gyms! With all of this plus a lake view, you cant get any better than that!
