Verified Renter I love everything about Palm Trace Landings. The community is a great place for students , elders and new married couples to say. Lake view is the cherry on the cake. The trash maintenance , house maintenance have always been addressed whenever raised any concern. Smart rent system works wonders that makes your job way more easier. Gym and pool doesn’t require you to visit outside rather a great place to workout. I would recommend this place to my friends .

Verified Renter The apartment complex is lovely in itself. Office staff is helpful. Maintenance is attentive when maintenance orders are put in although some orders I have had to submit a couple times because job wasn’t done or request was closed at completed and not. Rent spiked over $400 monthly to renew.

Verified Renter Really annoyed at a recent change where the Palm Trance Landings Apartment association can now "immobilize and/or tow from the property" vehicles that park in parking spaces for anyone living there that happens to already have a garage/driveway. This is pretty BS considering there are more than enough spaces around most of the complex.
