Verified Renter Love the amenities and the lake to walk around. It’s a safe area. The complex itself hosts a lot of events and some adult only ones that are nice to go to. Have been here 5 years an staying another!

Verified Renter Overall a good place to live. There are some rodents and insects. But it is generally a quiet and respectful community. I do wish the pools and stairwells were a bit cleaner. I like that there are sidewalks going around the pond however I feel it would be important and beneficial if they had more sidewalks for children’s safety.

Verified Renter I fell in love with Palm Trace Landings! The property is kept clean, and it's a non-smoking property. I love taking walks and enjoying the beautiful scenery by the lake. Plus, Palm Trace is located in a central area near everything you need. I'm happy to call this place home.

Verified Renter Overall, Palm Trace is a beautiful, resort-like way of living. The gyms are huge and the yoga rooms are what sold me to move here. When we moved in, our washing machine was broken. However they came and fixed it the next day. My only complaint is the water, it has a yellow tint. I have brought it to management attention but they tell me it’s not their fault and that it’s the city’s water. I moved from down the street and my city water was NOT yellow.
