Joey and Sam were very friendly, polite and extremely hard working. I was so impressed by how reliable and thoughtful they were in explaining technical issues to me in a practical and understanding way. Sam, Lewis and the Palm team recently finished completely refurbishing our upstairs and downstairs hallways and one bedroom, including fitting a new bannister, flooring upstairs and downstairs and 11x new oak doors throughout the house. We are so, so pleased with the final result. The team at Palm replaced all of our timber weatherboarding with Cedral cladding (I found them via the Cedral website). Joey was amazing to deal with right from the start. He turned a quote around fast, it was clear and competitive. His team arrived when they said they would, they worked incredibly hard and to a very high standard.
