Shpresa was very professional and cheerful, in spite of having to struggle to work during a tube strike! She took plenty of time and care- my hair hadn’t been cut for the best part of a year. I’m sometimes wary of having longer hair cut at the barber’s as there are some who only seem comfortable with short hair styles and clippers. However Shpresa cut my hair exactly as I requested and I’m thoroughly delighted.
