A very pleasant stay with lots of very good points and a few teething issues. First of all, we would definitely stay again and look forward to doing just that. The staff were amazing, including the welcome which was really refreshing. The food was fantastic, the 6 course tasting menu and wine pairing were very special, and the new somelier really went above and beyond to explain the pairings. We visited Pale Hall Hotel for a wondrously luxurious afternoon tea in October 2025, followed by a wine tasting. Driving up to the splendid building was a great experience and we parked among many supercars and luxury cars. We were greeted once inside by friendly staff who took our coats then seated us in the beautiful afternoon tea dining area. We were offered a superb selection of 11 different teas. Absolutely beautiful hotel in a stunning location.. staff friendly & helpful, we were there for Mum’s 85th birthday & were treated like royalty. Room upgrade, attention to detail, personal touches, lovely interiors & delicious food. We even had a free chauffeur ride to & from the pub they own in the village .. thank you Gareth ! Highly recommend
