The staff were so helpful in answering all our questions before, during our stay and as we feasted on the six course taster menu (with wine pairing). The breakfast was fabulous. I asked for a little of pretty much all the cold menu. My daughter and I had half of each other's hot breakfast. I couldn't decide between the smoked salmon and avocado so had the avocado added.
