Stayed for 2 nights with our dog. Lovely hotel, great food and attentive staff. I couldn’t fault The Painswick.
We had the most amazing experience having our wedding at the Painswick! Chelsea was amazing at guiding us through the planning journey and went above and beyond on the wedding itself to make sure everything was perfect! Our guests have not stopped saying how amazing the food was which was something that was so important to us. What an amazing location. This is the perfect place if you are wanting a quiet small village in the Cotswolds. The staff (Monica) were super helpful. The food and tea was wonderful. Highly recommend!
Was there for Cream Tea, the glutenfree one. Tasted fantastic, friendly staff, really nice ambience. Road to Hotel very narrow.
Beautiful, quirky hotel. Had afternoon tea which was pricey and minimal. Sandwiches lacked flavour, white bread only, cakes boring. Service slow, poor and not with a smile. Several staff attended. Definitely leave your car in the village and walk to the hotel.
