So I've had two lessons with the team at the paddle cabin and today was my first solo session. Can't thank the them enough for their patience and encouragement. Will definitely be going back to hone my skills. But when I mean skills I just mean staying up on the board. Well done paddle cabin and Thank you

I had a brilliant experience with Sam. I can highly recommend a 2 hour 1-2-1 lesson, I learnt a lot of handy tips on how to paddle board safely on the river. Sam put me completely at ease and offered suggestions on how to improve my skills in a kind and really positive way. I finished the lesson feeling confident that I will be able to join a group paddle board trip on the Helford River and I have learnt some valuable skills in dealing with situations involving other river users. Thank you Sam and thank you Paddle Cabin

Loved our 2 hour lesson yesterday, Liz the instructor was brilliant! Very informative, patient and an all round lovely person. Felt very safe in her hands. We loved it so much we are going to book another session! Highly recommend.

I booked a bespoke 1-2-1 SUP session which I’ve been planning to do for ages and finally got round to. I received a warm welcome from Sarah and my Instructor was Emily. We had a great couple of hours on the water. I learnt some new skills and refined some others. Emily was very positive , supportive, encouraging and the session never felt rushed. I would definitely recommend and I’ve already signed up for one the adventure days

Absolutely amazing time with my two 30yrs old daughters and their partners. First timers for us, but huge water lovers. But Simone was so so warm and friendly and guided us through it all, and in such a fun way. We had a fabulous times, with some fun challenges and games thrown in. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Very professional, super friendly and knowledgeable. A winner of an experience that would suit any one or group. Looking forward to going back!
