A delightfull location for an over night stay. The food is delightful and served extremely fast

Visited for lunch with my husband.Good menu with the option of specials.I ordered the lamb and rosemary pie with veg and new potatoes.The pie was the best I ve ever tasted.Packed with tender lamb in a rich gravy.Great veg but disappointed that the chips were frozen.my husband ordered a steak sandwich that came with a side salad.He really enjoyed his choice too but felt veggies would have been better than a salad on a rainy afternoon.Would highly recommend.
Went for lunch it opened at mid day and by 12.30 it was packed mid week Had a light lunch of the Italian meatballs which was lovely . Service was excellent and friendly table service. Highly recommended it has a lovely garden on a sunny day . Menu is fantastic for light lunch , sandwiches, or meals
Lovely view from the room. Brilliant location and excellent food. Can't fault the inn. We will definitely book again for the future.
