I was at Pacific Court for about a year and a half, and it is one of the best renting experiences I've had. The whole site is well maintained, staff are friendly and helpful, and the rent is very reasonable for what is provided. The few repairs required in my time there were taken care of swiftly, and with no hassle. The site is secure, with space to store bicycles securely, and some on site parking if required. Highly recommended for anyone looking in Hull city centre.
After spending 3 years living at Pacific court my experience over all positive. Officially Pacific court is a nice place to live. Management are friendly, fair and very efficient. My only gripe with my experience was with my fellow tenants
The staff are very welcoming and gave me a place to live after a relationship break down. The people who live in the other rooms always said hi so definitely no issues there. The building is situated in a fantastic location close to shops and bars. All bills are included so just pay your rent and that's it. I would definitely recommend this place.
