If your “senior managers” in sign written (clever!) new land rovers are happy to bully others on the road dangerously driving and flashing those doing the speed limit then what attitude and style of “leadership” does that show when carrying works for clients and leading a team from the top down. I am always on the look for new contractors and just on this I will make sure they are never considered!
