My elderly grandmother returned from the salon with the most horrendous haircut I have ever seen. The staff should be ashamed, not only for their poor work but also for scamming her with unnecessary treatments. She paid £800 for one visit! If I could I'd give it zero stars! I have been searching for a hairdresser salon since mine closed in Marylebone after 17 years. St John’s Wood is not far so have tried Ozzy. I was handed over to Toni. He is fine at blow drying ( i know my hair and how it needs to be handled and thank him for trying) and for doing my roots which I am pleased with. I will be back for that but please, when i come back do not pressure me in to more procedures. I had my hair cut 6 weeks prior, then 6 weeks later he said I needed another one and hacked at my hair …being pressurise... read more
