I went in for a touch up of the roots and i went there for the first time to Ozzy because my usual hairdresser wasnt available and i live in St Johns Wood. First I was almost forced to do highlights as Tony was explaining that my color was bad and it would look strange not to do it. I was so uncomfortable and explained i didnt want , nor did i like highlights , but he talked me into it even though he could see I didn't want it. I was very unhappy and knew I had made a mistake. I have been going to Ozzy’s for several years. I highly recommend the service, quality, punctuality of the staff and they are always willing to accommodate last minute. The salon has a very pleasant environment and is spotlessly clean.
