Absolutely disgusting. Staff are vile and the place needs to be looked into by health and safety. I have stayed in plenty hotels but this one is the by far the worst I've ever seen. Id rather sleep on the street as its probably cleaner. I didnt even stay the night we left and booked another hotel for the night, words cannot describe how disgusting this place is.
The main staff, Peter and Paul were magnificent gentlemen! My daughter and I are Medical Doctors, we can afford anything we want but we stayed here because of the incredible owners and staff! They made my daughters’ and my stay perfect! Room had an ocean view, room was clean and bright! So what? It was a great room and for only £49 a night! When I come back to Llandudno, I’ll definitely stay here again! Great place to stay, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Worst accommodation we have ever stayed, to call this a hotel Would be a joke and the brochure couldn’t be anymore than a lie. We made the mistake by booking here for 8 days, from the time of arrival a complete nightmare dump. The girl on reception was polite but later found it was the owners daughter, I finally gave up complaining about even the basic and accepted this was how things are, everywhere else was booked out or we would have book somewhere else.
