Everything, such a worst property. Never gonna book any Fab hotel and this is my worst experience. It all starter with the booking itself. Booking.com says nothing to pay until you check in. But just after booking, got mail from fab hotel to pay money to confirm your booking. If that’s the case, why the hell you are in booking.com. I had to call fab hotel and then paid the money. I stayed here last night lovely place staff where very friendly beautiful room great customer service do recommend this place to stay so many shops near buy is well

Look at the reviews first - I booked first then realised the mistake I had made once I got there. Room was an absolute mess and was three hours after check-in before we could get in. Poor management, poor communication and they put more effort into responding to these (generic script) Google reviews, than they do actually dealing with their customers.
