We are (right now) on a hiking trip through Scotland. So we planned our stays month ago according to our route. After a local told us to check our reservation because he heard the hotel is closed and we should get in touch. The evening before we we're supposed to stay here the service Hotline confirmed it's closed. No one told us, no email from customer service, no info to booking.com via we ordered. Nothing. Cancelled booking late in the day after having been booked months in advance. No explanation as to why just "unfortunate circumstances"
THIS HOTEL WAS CLOSED AND HAS BEEN FOR SEVERAL WEEKS OYO TOOK OUR MONEY AND HAVE NOT REFUNDED US. WE HAVE WRITTEN TO THEM AND THEY ARE JUST IGNORING US THIS IS A SCAM
Hotel was closed!!! No notice on the door or enything. Door was just locked. There were many of unsatisfied customers who had no other options, just to start to.look for another hotel. I booked it 2 day's in advance, maybe scam. Service center promise to call me back, still waiting. No money, no info...
