This place is not good staff were friendly, they need to be as this is a dive. Very smelly I was bitten by fleas I forgot my bluetooth speaker and was told it wasn't there. Very sad experience here I would bet the good reviews were friends of the owner as the bad reviews reflect my experiences here
Not a good hotel compared to the others in Brighton. Carpets smell very bad the room has stains on the walls, It's a low price for a good reason. Also if you leave anything behind you won't get it back the house keeper will keep it and lie about ever seeing it. Overall a bad experience.
I booked this hotel last minute, 2 adults and 2 children. I was pleasantly suprised when we turned up. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we couldn't check in till 14.00 but we took a wander to the beach and they rang us when our room was ready. When we got into our room, it was very spacious, as we had a family room. 2 separate bedrooms, and a bathroom, nicely decorated, very clean. absolutely great , we will go again
Made a mistake by booking for a day i wouldn't be there on. Emailed them 2 days before my actual arrival day. Showed up the next day and they didnt want me to check in. I explained that i emailed and they never responded. Boss got called, i got a key, then i got a reply to the email.(response time, horrible!) Just a basic room. No mini fridge, no microwave, no ac or elevator. Im an American so all that is standard. Wifi ok not the fastest and t.v looses signal a lot. Very walkable to shops and restaurants.
