I cannot praise Felicity highly enough. After a long wait for minor surgery on the NHS for a very nasty overgrown toe nail caused by chemo and about to go away in holiday I became worried that it was infected yet again and the nail seemed to be falling off. I contacted Felicity who asked me to send a photo. On seeing it she fitted me in at the end of clinic that day.
