I lived in one of their houses on campus and they were great to work with! always very timely with maintenance requests and always helpful if we need to get something replaced. would rent through them again if I needed to.
Oxford Realty is always doing a great job making sure that their apartments are in fantastic shape, and are always willing to answer any questions that we have had about anything! I am excited to live in Sonoma this coming school year!
I lived in the Oxford Apartments, and absolutely loved it! The people at Oxford were always easy to work with, and were quick to help me and my roommates anytime we needed anything. Very personable people that seemed genuinely interested in making your living conditions more than comfortable. I would highly, highly recommend renting through them if ever you get the chance!
I lived in the Stone Creek building and very much enjoyed it. The apartments are modern and I especially liked the large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The staff was always pleasant to deal with and I never had any issues with them. I would absolutely recommend renting from them!

I would never deal with Mike Opp at Oxford Realty. He is the realtor for for a house that we wanted to buy. We backed out because of the inspection was not good and now the sellers are not giving our earnest money back. But also the sellers have accepted a offer and are still refusing to give us our earnest money back. If Mike was any kind of realtor he would push his clients to give us our money back.
I love all the knew high end apartment complexes going up! I cannot wait to see what the new Aspen apartment complex looks like!
