needed a new 4 bed house carpeting, called some of the multi nationals, either could not fit for 3 months or just did not retun calls OxFlooring responded right away came in with better price for same carpet, were able to fit in just two weeks, fitter very professional, great service highly recomend
Unfortunately we wasted weeks waiting for a quote. The fitter came promptly to measure up but we had to keep phoning and texting to get a quote. When we did get one, it was incorrect (based on one carpet and not two different ones). After more chasing, we finally gave up and used a different company (who measured, quoted and fitted within 9 days). I'm not sure they really want the business. Or maybe they can't keep up with demand but don't know how to tell you that.
