I'm leaving a ZERO star rating for poor at best customer service and debiting money for a service agreement I told them I didn't want. their customer service is POOR at best, agents do not speak clearly and don't have the ability to start a refund process. And, apparently there are NO supervisors on duty who can make that decision. the agent said the only thing he could do was sent my request for refund to management. I can call Ox Car Care and it will be about an hour before I get some foreign speaking person on the phone that I can't understand. Today I tried to cancel my account, but they cut me off, and hung up on me twice. You have to wait too long to get anyone on the phone.
Couldnt ask for better sales he did a good job
