So let me tell you my story . I bought a ox care policy . One day my car broke down and ox care paid for the towing to the repair shop . 4 weeks later , yes thats right four weeks due to ox delays , I get the bad news that they are not covering the repairs . Claim denied ! . Why ? Well they dont cover head gaskets. So why the h*** do they even sell this s*** if they dont cover a major repair like that ? They are thieves. I recently went thru their hoops of sending emails, and phone callings to be put on hold for 40mins to cancel a policy, where I was told the policy was canceled and I would receive my $154. In 5 to 7 business days, that didn't happen yet I check my account to see they withdrew $164. Bunch of thieves.
