I received car warranty information by phone and told the agent that I was not interested but I continue to get calls from various phone numbers and company agents despite the fact that I tell them to stop calling and to put me on a do not call list. Every representative that has called seems to follow a script and ignores the fact that I am not interested. The gentleman was professional and friendly, he answered any question I asked. He treated me respectfully.
Signing up was super easy, they even had a manager get on the line with us to do the hard sell. Should've hung up then. Filed a claim for an oil change and that was reimbursed. After that it's all went downhill. They said they got the paperwork on 3/25/25, today its 4/10/25 and we still don't have a decision on the claim. First, they ask for everything under the sun, including a bill of sale. Our claim has been in process for 7 business days and I've called almost everyday and am still being told it's under review.
