I just dropped them as of today! I took my car off at the dealership and after 10 days I could only get a hold of the sales department only because they were still fooling folks on how good their product is. After asking Ox Car Careless of what all they covered and my transmission was one of them, they denied my claim today after I told them that they were garbage! I am reaching out to a lawyer to see if we have a case for false advertising! I have the contact on the initial signing. This company is straight garbage!!! And m... read more

Unfortunately I had to give one star, although it should be no stars to negative stars. Bought my car in October of 2023, a 2019 ****** Rogue. Need to get air-conditioning and radiator fixed, claims department wants entire maintenance report done on car. It took some work but I DID get the maintenance report for before I had the car. And sent them the carfax report for it. Apparently they want more. I asked what they wanted, but never really got a straight answer. Just that they need more paperwork. I wanted to advise you the reason further maintenance records were needed was because the Carfax was insufficient and the repair record you sent in was prior to the purchase of the policy.</p><p>Since the claim was for the A/C and Radiator, we needed record to see if there were any prior maintenance to those items. I hope this clears up some of the confusion.</p>

Really confused about how this company has an A+ rating on BBB when numerous customers are expressing solid legal concerns about their poor business practices. I will be digging deeper. I highly suggest a class action lawsuit and perhaps false advertising. Stay safe and informed.

My rating for OX CAR CARE ZERO. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING CUSTOMER (DIS)SERVICE AND (IN)HUMAN RESOURCES.I WANT MY $75 BACK NOW, NOT IN 15 TO 30 DAYS SINCE I CANCELED THE NEXT DAY -- FROM JULY 18; CANCELED ON JULY 19, 2023, WITH ALEK. I dont recommend this company to anyone, I have a 2015 *** M5 insured with OX CARELESS, after getting my car to ************ and having them send all the information for the claim, ** asked for the record service since I owned the car, after sending it, ** denied my claim on my differential since it wasnt damage by internal lubrication but the damage was caused by my driveshaft, what its actually covered by my Diamond plan, and what also caused the differential to breakdown. This company is an ABSOLUTE FRAUD!!!! I submitted a claim for service on June 2023 for my 2018 **** Explorer. I took the truck into a **** ASE ************** for issues with my water pump which was clearly printed as a covered repair. It took 2 weeks of me calling Ox Car Care before I finally received an email stating that I needed to supply a complete vehicle history report. This was going to be a challenge because I purchased the truck used. I paid out of pocket to Car Fax and was able to locate the original owner in ** wh... read more

I wish there was a further solution that we could provide but our determination of the claim is based off what the third party inspector stated. The denial stemmed from the findings: "Pre-existing and long term leak from waterpump, coolant reservoir empty. If I could give a negative stars on this I would! How is this sham still in business? My vehicle is literally in the shop right now because they refuse to pay the claim to the repair shop! They keep asking for the impossible ORIGINAL MAINTENANCE REPORTS! Ummm isnt that CarFax? Apparently not enough, I purchased this car beginning of 2022, and they want me to pull this reports from where my A$$? This needs to be shut down!

I had acontract with ******* care for three months. And my truck broke down in ****** *****. I called for emergency towing. I was told I didnt have service and they couldnt help me. I ended up having to come for towing myself and getting towed to a car dealer to get my truck repaired I spent well over an hour and a half on hold and trying to get things resolved for towing.
