I was very impressed with the customer service and the guys that was on the phone
I sent OX car care a letter of canlations and they are still calling me saiding my account is still active, now they want me to send them a e-mail of my letter wich I don,t have so that means to them they want me to still pay them.
Don't know yet because I have not used it yet.
I am happy with the service I got And they spelled my last name wrong its ******
Why dose the company refuse to honor the vehicle chip
**** and the other guy explained everything in detail, and were extremely professional
The guy was great and took the time to keep explaining to me until I would be able understand!
The people there are willing to help in any way which is very good for senior citizens on a fixed income they're very polite considerate and willing to work in any way to keep your car running. So if you need car extension warranty please give ox care a call and they will take care of you and your car
