Very informative I thought the customer service was very informative about the layout of the care about the deductible about information pertaining to the coverage discount and what they gave I thought was real informative. The rental car service was excellent so overall, I upgraded it as good.
While the initial salesperson did not mention and therefore did not fully explain the co-pay, the authorization agent did. I consider that to be something that should be clear and transparent before taking the initial payment.The authorization agent seemed clear and comprehensive.
