On April 20, 2025, I purchased Ox car care and I was told that they accepted at the ******** dealer. I have an Infiniti car , the agent told me that I could cancel at any time money back guarantee so I called the Infiniti dealer and they told me they dont accept Ox car care so today, April 20 2025 I called OX CAR CARE to cancel. They did cancel my plan but refused to give me my $75 refund. I feel like Ive been robbed, no service but they took my money thats bad business.
I called for a quote and was assisted by ******. He was very informative and helpful. Also made it possible for me (a single mom living paycheck to paycheck) to get coverage. ****** was great finalizing my plan and I am very pleased I called.
