Ox Car Care has provided an exceptionally poor customer service experience. My attempts to cancel my warranty were met with significant resistance and incompetence. The initial representative was unhelpful and disrespectful, consistently interrupting and dismissing my requests. Despite repeated requests to speak with a supervisor, I was forced to endure a prolonged and frustrating interaction.After a lengthy hold, exceeding 30 minutes, I finally connected with a supervisor.
