******* is a fraudulent company! They make claims & promises that they dont keep. They make the breakdown and issue with your car your fault and a false reason to deny your claim. I purchased my 2014 **** Q7 April 2024, I get every scheduled maintenance performed on the vehicle in ************* and it malfunctioned in September. The service advisor recommended a tune up, they later said I need a whole new motor. The engine is the number 1 part covered under my warranty, and Ox Car Care denied my claim. They cancelled ,my policythe same day i got it so they said .they never told me or emailed me or wrote me a letter of cancelation they told tow truck to take my car to the shop they approved they denied myclaim my car was and onehour and a half from home and i had to pay to get it back home and all the fees that were required if you canceled my policy why wasnt i informed and where was my refund at bad business.
This company is crooked I signed up for the warranty on 9/09/2024 after receiving the policy and reading over it I called back on 9/16/2024 to cancel this policy on 9/16/2024 and asked for my ****** refund I spoke with **** at that time she told me it would take 30 days so I called back on 10/16/2024 and talked to ***** he then told me its 30 days not counting weekends so I called back on 11/01/2024 talked to **** he told me 45 business days before I would receive my refund I called back on 11/18/2024 and talked to ****** af... read more
This company is not good. They are discriminating against the disabled. My partner and I got suckered into getting the policy for his car and they will not refund our 100 dollars for the down-payment for the policy, when u see the comercial states that the policy is fully refundable they then say that our policy is not. If I could give a negative score, I would They take your money and pay zero claims. Terrible customer service. Takes forever for you to get through and once you do, they always transfer you to on hold again. If I werent so upset Id laugh.

I done a review already and BBB did nothing to help me get my refund back after Ox given me the run around for over 5 months. Ox car care knows this and is milking the system. We all need to pull together and start a class action lawsuit against Ox car care and put them out of business and also in jail for breach of contract and fraud. I signed up for what I thought was a great service but the first time I needed it, they disapproved my claim. I tried calling and couldn't get anyone. I had been a customer for almost a year at that point. I had paid them a lot of money. I could never get anyone.
