The company dont wanna give you your money back if you cancel the policy within 30 days Ive been dealing with trying to get a refund for over for five months

They were very nice and professional.Happy I went back to them as I will be praying less money for a longer time frame

On April 20, 2025, I purchased Ox car care and I was told that they accepted at the ******** dealer. I have an Infiniti car , the agent told me that I could cancel at any time money back guarantee so I called the Infiniti dealer and they told me they dont accept Ox car care so today, April 20 2025 I called OX CAR CARE to cancel. They did cancel my plan but refused to give me my $75 refund. I feel like Ive been robbed, no service but they took my money thats bad business.
