this company is a rip off...I purchased this extended warranty in june paid the first month then fell behind two months and the whole time when i called and spoke to a rep no one said my plan was canceled so i had to put my car in the shop and it needed a transmission so the dealership called and confirmed that the membership was active so a week later i made a payment of 200 dollars which would leave me a 100 dollar balance and not at one time during that conversation did the rep say my plan was in danger of being cancel. Only giving 1 star because it is as low as you can go. This company seems to be a scam! I have been going back and forth with their claims department for over a week now without an answer. They sent out an inspector to the dealership after multiple days of waiting, for him to be uninsured to drive the vehicle that he was there to DRIVE. This company will take your money for services no rendered and will give you the run around about a refund blaming it on the bank they do business. The gives you the run around as well.

I wish I would have researched them more in depth. Extremely poor ability to contact anyone by their automated system. Long wait times while you listen to the recording. Disconnected three times, transferred to the wrong person twice, finally talk to claims to see if the ** part was covered and he did not know if it was covered and asked me of the location of the part. Only gave one star would of done none of I could have. Called to cancel my warranty because vehicle was sold. Sent in the proper paperwork and waited for a month for my refund. Called yesterday to find out about where it was and was told the fee was nonrefundable. This was never told to us when purchasing this policy

You then ignored it, purchased a policy, and made a misrepresentation over a recorded line of your alleged engine being sound.</p><p>Our claims manager found this discrepancy and mentioned the issue, you hold the position that your engine was fixed, however, your own repair facility stated otherwise.</p>
