BEWARE - Ox Car Care should not be A+ rated on BBB!!! Bet that every review above one star is either an Ox employee or a bot. They delay, delay, delay and then want to argue about what is actually covered. They then delay some more before telling you that the service history (which you MUST send them on any claim) doesn't reflect the automaker recommendations. You probably need to change oil every 1000 miles or one month for them to pay a claim. DON'T waste your money!
