ox car care did not pay for approved repairs, they took money for almost a year. they did not reimburse for oil changes as promised. when i finally decided to cancel they sent me a written release to sign. i did not sign. i did email a cancellation but my phone is ringing every 20 minutes from ox car care demanding payment.
It was good. The process was easy and the people were nice to talk to.
I had to put my car in the shop for things that I thought were covered in my Gold contract. I had to call and upgrade my contract for my car to be covered.

Not at all what promised. The sales representative I spoke with made everything sound so easy. Take the car to the dealer, the dealer calls ox and can then start on repairs immediately. Turns out thats not the case. As per a conversation with ox customer service today: If you have an issue you have to take the car to the shop, the shop then has to EMAIL ox and wait AT LEAST 3-5 days for approval or denial all the while youre left without a vehicle. Summary:Paid $1,400 for Diamond coverage but was downgraded without notice. Car broke down and was not repaired. Offered unfair partial refund. Personal item stolen during roadside tow. Details:I was a loyal customer of ********************** for ** months, paying around $1,400 total for the Diamond coverage package.
