I am very disappointed in the service I received regarding the home warranty. I was given one price and then the policy came with totally different information. When I cancelled I was told I would not be refunded my down payment because I cancelled. You took my down payment under false information. I want my down payment returned to me.

They were very persistent but they made me feel like it was worth it
