Not at all what promised. The sales representative I spoke with made everything sound so easy. Take the car to the dealer, the dealer calls ox and can then start on repairs immediately. Turns out thats not the case. As per a conversation with ox customer service today: If you have an issue you have to take the car to the shop, the shop then has to EMAIL ox and wait AT LEAST 3-5 days for approval or denial all the while youre left without a vehicle. Summary:Paid $1,400 for Diamond coverage but was downgraded without notice. Car broke down and was not repaired. Offered unfair partial refund. Personal item stolen during roadside tow. Details:I was a loyal customer of ********************** for ** months, paying around $1,400 total for the Diamond coverage package. So let me tell you my story . I bought a ox care policy . One day my car broke down and ox care paid for the towing to the repair shop . 4 weeks later , yes thats right four weeks due to ox delays , I get the bad news that they are not covering the repairs . Claim denied ! . Why ? Well they dont cover head gaskets. So why the h*** do they even sell this s*** if they dont cover a major repair like that ? They are thieves. I recently went thru their hoops of sending emails, and phone callings to be put on hold for 40mins to cancel a policy, where I was told the policy was canceled and I would receive my $154. In 5 to 7 business days, that didn't happen yet I check my account to see they withdrew $164. Bunch of thieves.
