On August the 3rd they took money out of my checking account without my permission told me I would receive a refund that was on the 4th of August still haven't got it today is the 25th called them now they told me they're going to mail me a check lightly story but I'll give him benefit of the doubt. I thought when somebody takes money out of your account without your permission it's stealing but they don't like that word.

Had to wait 55 minutes before I could speak to a claim adjuster. It took them 5 days to respond to a repair invoice. **************** staff are rude. Many calls were made for updates and I receive a different excuse every time. Unprofessional company.

OX Car Care doesn't have any lines of communication with customers. I have tried to communicate with them without success, but I can get through successfully when it's time to pay my premiums. I had an oil change on June 25, 2023. They advertise free oil changes. I sent them the receipt from that service, and have not heard from them since. It's funny how all the 5 Star comments in favor of ox car care are from "supposed" customers who it seems have NEVER EVER had to use ox car care but are extremely happy from the promise of service to be provided for them..I will not be surprised if ox and their employees are writing these favorable reviews!!And the comments are 3 to 4 lines long and sound similar..Something is fishy here.

Ox car care will lowball you and not pay total of repair bills. Had a $5000 repair bill from ****************** and Ox. Only wanted to pay **** to repair steering rack totally outrageous

I called this company because I heard their advertisement on my *********** as I was traveling from *******. I decided to give it a try. A man by the name of ********************* answered my call. I am a single mother of two children and I had ******* Care for a year. And I've never received any mail from the company. They've never sent me a proof of payment or a monthly bill, when I wanted to use my auto coverage I was told that I would have to pay out of pocket. I was not happy with the service plan. I called to cancel my plan on May 26, 2023. They never supplied me with a confirmation number. I was informed by the Ox Car Care team that my policy was cancelled on this day and I could no longer use their services. They did reimburse me initial deposit I paid on May 30, 2023 on July 28, 2023 in the amount of $201.17. I thought this was the end of this. But no it was not. this company is a rip off...I purchased this extended warranty in june paid the first month then fell behind two months and the whole time when i called and spoke to a rep no one said my plan was canceled so i had to put my car in the shop and it needed a transmission so the dealership called and confirmed that the membership was active so a week later i made a payment of 200 dollars which would leave me a 100 dollar balance and not at one time during that conversation did the rep say my plan was in danger of being cancel.
