Had the pleasure of going in here the other day as had some gold bits to sell. Chai (sp?) was so friendly and helpful. I even stumbled an upon a cute enamelled silver necklace so ended up doing a part exchange in the end. I left a happy lady. Will be back soon for another browse, really cool old school jeweller.
I visited Owlets on the weekend with my partner. The shop assistant was so helpful and patient with us. Letting us try and ask questions. I didn't realise at the time but I happened to leave my coat with all my keys in the pocket (including car key) in the shop. The shop were amazing and managed to contact me in the following days through one of the fobs on my keys. So so so grateful for the effort Owlets went through to reunite me with my keys. Visited this lovely shop today, my experience from the telephone conversation to making an appointment was pleasant . The owner & her staff who served me today was so helpful & very well experienced, the knowledge shared was 1st class & gave me some expert advice on my items. I would highly recommend this shop, the whole experience was very good. Thank you to the owner & staff.
Closed early at 4 .20pm stated on Web sit 5 came all the way from folkstone not good very upset as it cost me £5 petrol
