Grossly overpriced, first 3 seconds count for everything in life, meeting the owner/worker in shop, Feel as though he took a look at me and seen Welcome tattooed on my forehead. Asked for a price on an item which I already knew what it should be roughly (a little extra for overhead costs etc I’d have accepted), and felt he thought he seen me as an easy target to inflate his demands. My partner was looking for a watch to celebrate a special birthday, after visiting many jewellers, but not finding exactly what we wanted, we decided to call in to see James. He was really helpful and knowledgeable and after looking at a a few different ones, we settled on a particular watch. It was a great experience, we enjoyed the chat and with no pressure we feel confident that we'll be back in the near future. Thanks

Was really impressed by James knowledge. My future wife told him what she wanted,and he went out of his way to help her. He then supplied an engagement, wedding, and eternity rings. Cannot fault this shop.
